Yoga classes


In my yoga classes, you will experience dynamic, fluid and playful Vinyasa flow enriched with vibrant sequences, delightful hands-on assists and authentic Sanskrit teachings. I love to teach pranayama techniques alongside asana (or postural) yoga and believe these incredibly powerful practices can bring deep benefit to us all. Classes will open the body and mind to the transformative power of yoga and will always finish with a blissful relaxation bringing you back into balance for life in the big city.
